Put your logo on a custom 2.25 in front patch, or choose one of our Captain Hat Co. patches for any style. Simple 1–2 color logos reproduce best, but send us what you have. Every design is reviewed by our team before production, and we'll let you know if anything needs adjusting.

Custom orders take a minimum of 30–60 days, depending on hat style, quantity and design complexity. The clock starts once your quote and artwork are approved. If you have a firm event date, include it with your request so we can confirm whether it's possible.

What is the minimum order?

How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders take 30–60 days minimum, depending on hat style, quantity and design complexity. Include your deadline and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Am I placing an order?
No. This form sends us a free quote request. Nothing is charged. We'll review your hats, logo, quantity and deadline, then send you a quote. Your order starts only after you approve the quote and artwork.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Send us your logo with your request. Our team reviews every file and lets you know if it will work on a 2.25 in patch, or if anything needs adjusting, before anything is made.
What type of artwork should I upload?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) are best. High-resolution PNG or JPG also work. Simple 1–2 color logos reproduce best.
Can I use one of your patches instead of my logo?
Yes. When you select a hat, choose "Your logo" or one of our patches. You can pick a different patch for each style.
Can I mix different hat colors or styles?
Yes. Pick as many styles and colors as you like and set a quantity for each.
Can you accommodate rush orders?
It depends on the project and our availability. Tell us your deadline in the form and we'll let you know honestly whether we can make it.
Do you offer larger volume pricing?
Yes. Larger quantities may qualify for better pricing. Your final quote is based on your hats, quantity, artwork and delivery needs.
