Shipping policy
All orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Please note that I don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
We are a small team handling all fulfillment, there may be occasional delays during high-volume periods. If that happens, I truly appreciate your patience as I work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times provided by the carrier are estimates only.
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to weather, service disruptions, or other transit issues outside of my control.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if you have eligible tracking. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please note: If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order is ready to be fulfilled.
